🔁 RETURN & REFUND POLICY — SWARAVI

At Swaravi, each saree is carefully curated and handled with attention to detail. Due to the delicate and premium nature of our products, we maintain a strict return policy.

✨ Returns

We accept returns only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

To be eligible:

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • An unboxing video is required as proof for damaged/incorrect items

Requests without proper proof may not be accepted.


🔁 Return Process

  1. Email us at your email here within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Share your order ID + issue + unboxing video/images
  3. Our team will review and confirm eligibility
  4. Once approved, we will arrange a return pickup or guide you further

💸 Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed only after the product passes quality inspection
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–7 business days

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Products without original packaging
  • Used or worn sarees
  • Items without proof of damage
  • Sale/discounted items (optional — keep if applicable)

🔄 Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges.
You may place a new order after your return is processed.
