At SWARAAVI, we take great care in curating, inspecting, and packaging every saree before dispatch. As many of our products are handloom, handcrafted, and artisan-made, slight variations are a natural part of their beauty and uniqueness.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.

Exchange Policy

We offer a one-time exchange within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be:

  • In its original condition.
  • Unused, unwashed, and unworn.
  • Returned with all original tags, labels, invoices, and packaging intact.

Products showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, staining, perfume, or damage will not be accepted for exchange.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges for exchanges requested due to personal preferences such as colour choice, fabric preference, size expectations, or change of mind.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

An unboxing video is mandatory for all such claims. The video must clearly show:

  • The sealed package
  • The opening process
  • The product received

Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged.
  • The product received is defective.
  • The product received is incorrect.

Returns requested due to personal preferences, slight colour variations, fabric expectations, weaving irregularities, or change of mind will not be accepted. Customers may instead opt for a one-time exchange as per the Exchange Policy.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is verified as damaged, defective, or incorrect and a replacement is unavailable.
  • SWARAAVI is unable to fulfil the order.
  • An order is cancelled by SWARAAVI before dispatch.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

The actual time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment gateway.

Handmade & Handloom Variations

Many SWARAAVI sarees are handcrafted and handwoven by artisans.

Minor variations in weave, texture, motifs, thread work, zari work, dyeing, and colour are natural characteristics of handmade products and should not be considered defects.

Please note that slight colour variations may occur due to photography, lighting conditions, screen settings, and individual display calibrations.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

·       Products that have been used, washed, worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.

·       Products returned without original tags, packaging, or invoices.

·       Products purchased during clearance sales, special promotions, or final sale events.

·       Gift cards, promotional vouchers, and complimentary products.

Exchange Process

To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and relevant photographs or videos.

Once the request is approved, exchange instructions will be shared. The replacement product will be dispatched after the returned item successfully passes our quality inspection.

Only one exchange is permitted per order.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be governed by this Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.
